What we collect

Email address when you request a free guide or subscribe to the newsletter, plus the date and source of that request so we can prove consent.

Order details when you purchase: items, amount, and a payment reference. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Basic, aggregated usage statistics about which pages are read.

How we use it

To deliver downloads, send the newsletter you opted into, answer support questions, and improve what we publish. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@thoughtfullivingpress.com, and we will action it within 30 days.

Retention

Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
