Refund policy
Digital downloads cannot be returned, so here is exactly how we handle problems.

Before you buy
Every listing states the format, page count, what is included and how it is delivered. If anything is unclear, email us first — we would rather answer a question than process a refund.
When we refund
Duplicate purchases, a file that will not download or open, or a product that is materially different from its description: full refund, no questions, within 30 days of purchase.
When we usually cannot
Change of mind after the file has been downloaded, or because the guide covers a method you already knew. Ask us anyway — we review case by case and would rather keep a reader than a sale.
How to request one
Email orders@thoughtfullivingpress.com with the email address used at checkout and the item name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
